Nine rules to build confidence
The roots of love lie in the self confidence and optimism. As long as there are people who love you, and there are people who loved by you, the world looks beautiful. In Book “Love and Survival” by Dean Ornish has told some great words “If you can make love as a tablet” no one in world will suffer with anxiety and restfulness
2) Good Occupation
Think that when you will be more confident when you write poetry or writing stories or drawing pictures or when you achieve something in the work, find out that ,that will work like a charm. With that confidence you achieve anything in this world. Then you will be more confident on yourself. Always remember that you are the creator of you own destiny.
3) Your Goal.
Think in such a way that when your dead body is carried away by 4 people what others will think. Who will cry when you are dead? Be sure to make a life’s goal. Your steps towards destiny will become nearer; you will achieve your goal faster
4) Memories
When failures are troubling you, you are getting depressed remember the achievements you have done, awards you have got, remember how people used praise you without a single miss. Read great people’s life histories who achieved success.
5) In the people
If you find a person who can listen to you, your feelings you will feel better. If not all garbage will gather and it will corrupt you mind. Don’t think about your miss fortune or un-wellness which will depress you more.
6) Hope house
With hope only we will do many things. Keep away from people who always talk like my life is waste, my life has become like a bus stand. The air passing from them will pollute you.
7) Devotion
According to World Health Organization (WHO), Heath is “ Healthy body is in a healthy soul”. If boy is learning cycle, he hopes that someone will be there to support him All power is within you. Power is god.
8) The food
The food we take will have effect not only on your body but also on your mind., that will affect you are thoughts and your mind. As told by Krishna in Bhagavad-Gita, Stick only to Satvick food. The food has medicinal value, there is healthy mind in healthy soul.
9) Dhayan
Through Dhayan only you can achieve control on your mind.

From the Katha Upanishad
"He through whom we see, taste, smell, feel, hear, enjoy, know everything. He is that Self.
"The wise man by meditating upon the self-dependent, all-pervading Self, understands waking and sleeping and goes beyond sorrow.
"Knowing that the individual self, eater of the fruit of action, is the universal Self, maker of past and future, he knows he has nothing to fear.
"He knows that He himself born in the beginning out of meditation, before water was created, enters every heart and lives there among the elements.
"That boundless Power, source of every power, manifesting itself as life, entering every heart, living there among the elements, that is Self.
"The Fire, hidden in the fire-stick like a child in the womb, worshipped with offerings, that Fire is Self.
"He who makes the sun rise and set, to Whom all powers do homage, He that has no master, that is Self.
"That which is here, is hereafter; hereafter is here. He who thinks otherwise wanders from death to death.
"Tell the mind that there is but One; he who divides the One, wanders from death to death.
"When that Person in the heart, no bigger than a thumb, is known as maker of past and future, what more is there to fear? That is Self.
"That Person, no bigger than a thumb, burning like flame without smoke, maker of past and future, the same today and tomorrow, that is Self.
"As rain upon a mountain ridge runs down the slope, the man that has seen the shapes of Self runs after them everywhere.
"The Self of the wise man remains pure; pure water, Nachiketas, poured into pure water."

Dad...Dad... Where are you?
Calls out my heart but I don’t hear from you anywhere!
Where have u gone Dad, leaving me alone, Casting sorrows galore and fears unknown???Every moment from that fateful day -I wished I could unwind the time...To save you from grasp of death and keep you amidst us alive, To soothe away all your pain and fulfill all your wishes, To drive away all your fears and give you lots of love, To shower you with joy and embellish you in happiness, To tell you how much I loved you and how much you meant to me,And share with you my dreams for us and enjoy life's mysteries.
Daddy dearest, don't go away from me, As the void you have left cannot be filled, I need you to be there for me, to care for me, to protect me, As alone I find it very difficult to surpass each day, Stumbling on all the blocks that life has thrown in my way. Dad...Dad...Calls out my heart but I don’t hear from you anywhere!
Where have u gone Dad, leaving me alone, Casting sorrows galore and fears unknown???
Come back Dad, come back to our home...For without you, life’s forlorn, Come back Dad, come back to our home...For without you, it's a place unknown. I know today, that I cannot repay ever...For all your efforts and all your worries, And all your love and all your care,
O God ! Why didn’t you grant us an extra moment to spare…Dad, I only wish today that...If only once, you could forgive me for all the hurt that I caused to thee,
And let me share with you the concerns of my life, I’m sure Dad, that there would have been lesser strife,And we would have understood each other better & been more close in life. Dad, my heart wants to reach out to you each day,I know you are listening... and you are not away,
Dad, why-o-why am I witnessing such a day???
Where I can sense you around but not feel you in any way…Come back Dad, come back to our lives...To bless on the future of your son, daughter and wife,
Come back Dad, come back to our lives....Without you, LIFE is just not LIFE.
Bereft of words, this is all I can say, That with every passing moment, I'm missing you more n’ more in every way! Wishing you were with me for ever…

Vidya Amirapu about my Father
Always the perfect home base we could count on.
Both he and Girijapinni were people we could always rely on Sincerely.Yes in spite of many challenges they shouldered the responsibillity of looking after Thaathagaru and Baamagaru-while everyone else were dispersed the world over.If we could enjoy visiting our grand parents-it is all because of them,we could take it for granted.
This is their punyam-which you Raja and Sirisha and your family have inherited
Thank you for keeping his memeory alive

Revathi Pinni in Remembrance of My daddy
It’s difficult for people to entertain any body , when they in pain but he is one person, inspite of this ill heath he never used to show it to us. Till the last minute he was happy to receive and kept us happy. People like him goto heaven only. He is a great soul and bless him we do miss him and remember him a jovial person.
